- strong communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, family members, guests, vendors, and all visitors in a warm and professional manner
- answer the main incoming phone line for the community and transfer callers to the appropriate place to address their needs
- support residents by tracking registration for outings, programming key fobs and pendants, coordinating package delivery, and entering maintenance requests into the helpdesk portal
- ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming environments
- follow proper security procedures at opening and closing
- perform administrative tasks like maintaining spreadsheets and drafting communication in Microsoft Word
