  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • positive and professional attitude with a willingness to help others
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, family members, guests, vendors, and all visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • answer the main incoming phone line for the community and transfer callers to the appropriate place to address their needs
  • support residents by tracking registration for outings, programming key fobs and pendants, coordinating package delivery, and entering maintenance requests into the helpdesk portal
  • ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming environments
  • follow proper security procedures at opening and closing
  • perform administrative tasks like maintaining spreadsheets and drafting communication in Microsoft Word
