Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience as door staff or in receptionist customer service clerical hotel or restaurant position
- Comfortable around dogs cats and other animals
- Able to acquire and maintain Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) including state accredited training
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read write speak and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs foot patrols stairs and inclement weather
- Availability for day evening and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service including assisting with directions and business information
- Maintain clear accurate administrative logs concerning people or property
- Control access for tenants visitors or vendors
- Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and ensure safety
- Respond to incidents including emergencies and record data for management
- Perform other duties as assigned
