Job Requirements

  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • demonstrate professional and polite phone etiquette
  • be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating
  • have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality
  • show genuine interest in caring for elderly residents
  • commit to confidentiality
  • ability to multitask
  • able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects
  • respect confidentiality of all residents and staff information
  • maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude
  • flexible to work overnight shifts Thursday through Sunday

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist residents and guests at the front desk with inquiries about events and services
  • manage and track incoming packages and deliveries
  • respond to overnight emergencies with appropriate solutions
  • provide companionship and support to residents during night hours
  • perform regular property security checks and report any incidents
  • operate multi-line phone system professionally
  • maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment
