Job Requirements
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- demonstrate professional and polite phone etiquette
- be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating
- have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- show genuine interest in caring for elderly residents
- commit to confidentiality
- ability to multitask
- able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects
- respect confidentiality of all residents and staff information
- maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude
- flexible to work overnight shifts Thursday through Sunday

Job Duties
- assist residents and guests at the front desk with inquiries about events and services
- manage and track incoming packages and deliveries
- respond to overnight emergencies with appropriate solutions
- provide companionship and support to residents during night hours
- perform regular property security checks and report any incidents
- operate multi-line phone system professionally
- maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment
