BD&J is currently seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join its Los Angeles office team. This full-time, onsite position is a crucial role within the firm, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (law firm or medical office experience is a plus)
  • fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

  • ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • receive and route mail and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • provide general administrative support to legal and office staff as needed
  • communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, many of whom may be dealing with sensitive or stressful situations
