Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry
  • Computer experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have highly developed social and communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and ability to stay calm and level-headed in difficult situations
  • Ability to perform job duties with professionalism and respect
  • Willingness to attend all required safety training programs
  • Compliance with Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment in difficult situations

Job Duties

  • Welcomes and greets members, patients, and guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Uses computer database to confirm appointments and locate patients
  • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees
  • Answers incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously, taking messages or directing calls as appropriate
  • Enhances the experience for patients, families, and visitors by providing hospitality and concierge services
  • Replenishes reading material in waiting rooms and conducts periodic rounds to check on people in these areas
  • Performs work of varying responsibility as directed
  • Attends all required safety training programs and adheres to Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens
