Job Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA
Availability to work the specified Thursday through Monday schedule
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physical ability to perform duties such as standing for extended periods and light cleaning

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain professional under pressure
Proficiency with key system technology and basic office software
Knowledge of local attractions and community amenities
Commitment to upholding company standards and values

Job Duties

Uphold Sentral's standards, best practices, policies and procedures, and value of excellence in customer service
Establish rapport with residents and guests so they always feel loved
Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization
Prioritize and fulfill the requests of all residents and guests with great friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism
Greet residents by their name and with a smile to make guests feel welcomed and valued
Provide exceptional hospitality in compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards to create a memorable customer experience
Resolve disputes promptly with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction
