Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to handle requests promptly
- Professional demeanor
- Friendly attitude
- Tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and aging
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with seniors or in a senior living community is an advantage
- Patience and tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and aging
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Establish first impressions by being a welcoming face and source of information for residents, families, prospective residents, guests and employees
- Respond promptly to requests and inquiries
- Maintain professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Assist residents and families with needs and information
- Monitor and report any unusual activities or concerns
- Support the community by coordinating with other staff members
- Handle front desk operations including answering phones and managing visitor logs
