Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work on weekends, specifically saturday and sunday evenings from 4 pm to 12 am
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
  • tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and aging processes
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and patient when interacting with seniors, including those with dementia
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • greet residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • serve as a reliable source of information regarding community events, services, and policies
  • answer phones and direct calls promptly and courteously
  • manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and welcoming
  • respond promptly to resident and guest requests and resolve minor issues
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently
  • assist with monitoring security and safety protocols during shift hours
