Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk work preferred
  • friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with families and children
  • strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • comfort using basic computer systems
  • reliability and punctuality, especially for consistent weekday afternoon coverage

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all clients, families, and guests upon arrival
  • assist with check-ins for classes, sessions, and court reservations
  • answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries promptly and professionally
  • ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
  • provide general information about programs, schedules, and club services
  • understand daily operations to support smooth program flow
  • assist with light administrative tasks such as updating client information or attendance
