Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk work preferred
- friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with families and children
- strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- reliability and punctuality, especially for consistent weekday afternoon coverage

Job Duties
- Warmly greet all clients, families, and guests upon arrival
- assist with check-ins for classes, sessions, and court reservations
- answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries promptly and professionally
- ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- provide general information about programs, schedules, and club services
- understand daily operations to support smooth program flow
- assist with light administrative tasks such as updating client information or attendance
