Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work part time on Saturdays and Sundays from 4 p m to 12 a m
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment
- willingness to work with seniors including those with dementia
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
- experience working with seniors or in a senior living community is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- friendly and approachable personality
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- establish first impressions by greeting residents visitors and employees warmly
- provide information and assistance to residents families prospective residents guests and staff
- respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
- maintain a professional friendly and focused demeanor at all times
- manage front desk administrative tasks including phone calls and visitor logs
- demonstrate tolerance and understanding toward behaviors related to dementia and aging
- support community events and assist with resident engagement activities
