Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours within the 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift
- Must be able to work alternating weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with office technology and telephone systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- Answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Email List, as well as Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as hair dresser and transportation
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Heads
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
