Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

- Keep package rooms organized and manage amenity reservations and freight elevators
- Greet residents and visitors warmly to make them feel welcome
- Ensure that the lobby is always clean and tidy
- Anticipate resident needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional experience
- Provide administrative support to property management teams as needed
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, or holidays depending on the schedule
