Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years customer service experience in a high-end professional environment
- must be neat and have organizational dexterity
- ability to anticipate needs and accomplish tasks timely
- superior written and oral communication
- ability to perform administrative functions
- neatly groomed and maintain a professional appearance
- punctual attendance
- availability for weekdays and weekend evening shifts

Job Duties
- Be familiar with operating procedures and guidelines
- stand and greet all owners and assist them in any way possible
- man the front desk and be attentive
- act as the homeowner’s single point of contact for any problems or issues that require attention and report them to management
- log daily events and email to manager
- read the daily logbook from previous shift
- monitor security cameras and equipment
- monitor and control access to the building
- monitor and supervise all contractors to ensure they comply with building policies in conjunction with manager
- accept and register all deliveries on behalf of the owners
- notify all owners of the delivery or deliver directly in unit
- keep work area neat and organized
