Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous front desk, clerical or data entry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable using multi-line telephone systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage interruptions patiently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as copier, fax machine, scanner, and postage machine
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous front desk, clerical and/or data entry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient and comfortable using a telephone system
  • High degree of accuracy with data entry
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Outgoing and passionate personality with exceptional customer service skills
  • Good spoken and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, family members, guests, vendors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide general information and assist visitors with directions or questions
  • Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and support community safety protocols
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to residents and departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Order and track office supplies as needed
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the leadership team
  • Assist with special projects and community events as requested
