Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and client privacy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out
- Verify client profiles, consents, and required documentation
- Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and optimize provider calendars
- Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail sales
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation
- Communicate pre- and post-care instructions as directed by providers
- Support retail inventory (stocking, merchandising, counts)
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
- Protect patient privacy and ensure compliance with HIPAA and practice policies
