Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with telephone systems and basic office software
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and staff
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping
Job Duties
- Carries out answering the telephone and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Email List, as well as Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hair dresser, transportation, etc.
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Heads
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
