Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Availability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with telephone systems and basic office software
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and staff
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping

Job Duties

  • Carries out answering the telephone and reception duties as required
  • Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
  • Greets residents and visitors
  • answers inquiries and gives directions
  • Collates brochures for the marketing department
  • Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
  • Updates the Resident Phone List and Email List, as well as Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
  • Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hair dresser, transportation, etc.
  • Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
  • Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Heads
  • Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
