Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • professional communication skills
  • previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
  • successful completion of a criminal history background check

Job Duties

  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations during scheduled hours
  • answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • check in clients for speech-language appointments
  • greet and direct guests entering the building
  • provide general information and assistance to visitors
  • maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
