Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing a CRM system
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in financial services or administrative support role preferred
  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • High level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Assist in organizing client events
  • CRM assistance and documentation – maintain and upkeep client records
  • Manage CRM workflows
  • Assist with client gifts as needed
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory
  • Answer incoming calls and messages
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Maintain overall office schedule
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain an organized kitchen and reception area and general office upkeep
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage scheduling, contact lists, and appointment coordination
  • Maintain account statements and online access
  • Assist with operational needs
  • Contribute to marketing efforts
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested
  • Provide direct support to the Branch Operations manager
  • Assist with account openings if applicable
