Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of experience utilizing a CRM system

Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in financial services or administrative support role preferred
- Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- High level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing CRM systems
Job Duties
- Assist in organizing client events
- CRM assistance and documentation – maintain and upkeep client records
- Manage CRM workflows
- Assist with client gifts as needed
- Order office supplies and keep inventory
- Answer incoming calls and messages
- Greet clients and visitors
- Maintain overall office schedule
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain an organized kitchen and reception area and general office upkeep
- Prepare and proofread correspondence
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage scheduling, contact lists, and appointment coordination
- Maintain account statements and online access
- Assist with operational needs
- Contribute to marketing efforts
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested
- Provide direct support to the Branch Operations manager
- Assist with account openings if applicable
