Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work extended periods at the front desk
- Basic computer proficiency for handling reservations and reports
- Experience in cash handling and balancing
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow security and emergency procedures
- Excellent guest service skills
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Greet guests and check them in and out with friendliness, speed and accuracy
- Maintain and balance cash drawer
- Operate switchboard and take accurate guest messages
- Know room rates, locations, and hotel layout to assist guests
- Set wake-up calls and promote membership programs
- Handle guest complaints diplomatically
- Drive guests to and from the airport using the hotel shuttle van
