Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • Food server and TIPS/MAST card required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to speak and understand English clearly
  • Physical presence at job site required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in clerical and computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • Clerical skills including typing, filing, and office equipment operation
  • Cash register operation and record maintenance skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Food server certification and TIPS/MAST card required
  • Strong interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to organize and coordinate schedules

Job Duties

  • Assist guests through friendly interactions, answering questions, and completing tasks
  • Provide administrative, reception, and program support including answering phones and giving directions
  • Manage walk-in traffic, greeting guests warmly and signing them in and out
  • Register guests, assign rooms, provide room rate quotes, and up-sell when possible
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready
  • Verify charges on guest folios and collect payments
  • Balance cash and cash equivalents at each shift's start and end
  • Resolve guest concerns within scope and refer to management when needed
  • Act as host in adjacent dining, seating guests and offering beverages
  • Assist as busser, server, or porter in the lobby and dining area as needed
  • Perform related duties as assigned or required
