Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving complaints in alignment with service standards
- Manage early and late arrivals, departures, and walk-in check-ins and check-outs professionally
- Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations and promoting M life enrollment and benefits
- Partner with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest expectations and special requests
- Handle payments, cash and credit transactions, and balance financial records following cash handling procedures
- Control and issue room keys promoting security, privacy, and confidentiality
- Provide a relaxing and hassle-free experience from start to finish
