Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- additional hospitality education is a plus
- demonstrated background in a front desk or customer service position, ideally within hospitality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- a positive demeanor and a phenomenal teammate approach

Job Duties
- Create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests at every step of their stay, from arrival to departure
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience
- handle cash, credit card, and other transactions with utmost accuracy
- ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
