Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
- ability to handle cash, credit cards, and traveler’s checks
- proficiency with lodging Management System (LMS) preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
- knowledge of basic office equipment and multi-line phone systems
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- excellent customer service skills required
- knowledge using keyboards, phones, and basic office equipment including a fax machine, copier, and printer is preferred
- 1-2 years’ front desk experience preferred
- 1-2 years’ customer service experience preferred
- lodging Management System (LMS) experience preferred
- experience in handling cash, credit cards and traveler’s checks preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property and provide AAA 4 Diamond service
- check guests in and out of the hotel
- settle guest’s accounts, bills, and collect correct methods of payments
- answer basic property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment for the guests
- answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary
- perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department
