Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to handle cash, credit cards, and traveler’s checks
  • proficiency with lodging Management System (LMS) preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • knowledge of basic office equipment and multi-line phone systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • excellent customer service skills required
  • knowledge using keyboards, phones, and basic office equipment including a fax machine, copier, and printer is preferred
  • 1-2 years’ front desk experience preferred
  • 1-2 years’ customer service experience preferred
  • lodging Management System (LMS) experience preferred
  • experience in handling cash, credit cards and traveler’s checks preferred
  • high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the property and provide AAA 4 Diamond service
  • check guests in and out of the hotel
  • settle guest’s accounts, bills, and collect correct methods of payments
  • answer basic property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment for the guests
  • answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary
  • perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department
