Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic accounting and cashier skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Knowledge of hotel facilities and local area
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests efficiently and accommodate room changes as needed
- Promote hotel services and provide accurate information on amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and prompt resolution
- Settle guest accounts upon check-out accurately following accounting and cash handling procedures
- Maintain key control and adhere to hotel security measures
- Collaborate effectively with front office, valet, bellman, sales, and accounting teams
- Participate in safety and security training and maintain knowledge of emergency protocols
- Report maintenance and safety issues to management promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Actively participate in ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned
