  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and local area
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests efficiently and accommodate room changes as needed
  • Promote hotel services and provide accurate information on amenities and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and prompt resolution
  • Settle guest accounts upon check-out accurately following accounting and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain key control and adhere to hotel security measures
  • Collaborate effectively with front office, valet, bellman, sales, and accounting teams
  • Participate in safety and security training and maintain knowledge of emergency protocols
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to management promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned
