Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable of hotel brand, travel programs and special offers
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to relevant departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team requests
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
