Job Duties

  • Welcomes and acknowledges each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
  • anticipates guests' service needs by asking questions and listening to preferences
  • speaks to guests and coworkers using clear and professional language
  • answers telephones using appropriate etiquette and transfers calls
  • processes all guest check-ins by confirming reservations and assigning rooms
  • processes payments including cash, check, debit and credit transactions
  • processes all check-outs and resolves issues related to late disputed charges
