Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar resort setting preferred
  • Ability to manage cash transactions responsibly
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Availability to work in Las Vegas, Nevada

  • Proficiency in cash handling and property management systems

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and resolving complaints according to service standards
  • Deliver a seamless and professional experience managing early and late arrivals, departures, and walk-ins
  • Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations and promoting loyalty program enrollment
  • Partner with Housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
  • Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash transactions using property procedures
  • Control and issue keys while promoting security, privacy, and confidentiality of guests and providing a hassle-free experience
