Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar resort setting preferred
- Ability to manage cash transactions responsibly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Availability to work in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and resolving complaints according to service standards
- Deliver a seamless and professional experience managing early and late arrivals, departures, and walk-ins
- Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations and promoting loyalty program enrollment
- Partner with Housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
- Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash transactions using property procedures
- Control and issue keys while promoting security, privacy, and confidentiality of guests and providing a hassle-free experience
