- Knowledge about crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution techniques
- Ability to match techniques to specific circumstances and individuals
- Knowledge to mediate and negotiate conflict
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Ability to follow directions and all procedures in front desk manual
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Understanding of low income and homeless individuals and their specific needs
