Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months customer service experience
  • Proficient English communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Courteous and professional conduct
  • Ability to handle difficult guests and situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes

Job Duties

  • Input information into the computerized reservations system to update and maintain records
  • Access reservation system to resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes
  • Generate invoices and collect monies due through the rental program and merchandise sales
  • Maintain safety deposit boxes
  • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
  • Prepare and restock the front desk with supplies including arrival packets
  • Provide information on attractions and resort amenities
