Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months of previous related experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Coeur d'Alene Tribal gaming license required
- At least six months cashiering experience
- Basic computer skills including keyboarding
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage conflict
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow policies with minimal supervision

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Previous customer service experience required

- Computer skills and keyboarding are required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word operations preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes preferred
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Ability to develop solutions in ambiguous and complex situations preferred
- Skilled at following broad policies with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Greet all customers of the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel
- Make reservations and check guests in and out of the hotel including obtaining full payment
- Process payments including cash, credit card, and other in-house forms accurately and manage daily till and paperwork
- Provide excellent tribal hospitality and customer service following policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information
- Maintain knowledge of rates, promotions, location, and amenities of all rooms
- Complete appropriate paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all transactions and ending bank are accurate
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk area
- Document all guest requests and concerns and communicate to responsible personnel
- Deliver additional guest supplies as needed
- Address guest concerns and escalate as required
- Attend all meetings, trainings, and workshops as required by the Hotel Manager
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
