Job Requirements
- Coeur d'Alene Tribal gaming license required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of previous related experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- At least six months of cashiering experience
- Computer skills required
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be adept at multi-tasking

Job Duties
- Greet all customers of the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel
- Make reservations and check guests in and out of the hotel
- Assign rooms based on requests and availability
- Process payments including cash and credit cards
- Provide tribal hospitality and excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
- Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and amenities
- Complete paperwork accurately and timely
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and ending bank
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk area
- Document guest requests and communicate to responsible personnel
- Deliver guest supplies as needed
- Address guest concerns and escalate when necessary
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Perform other assigned duties
