Job Qualifications

- Ability to use computer systems for report preparation and payment processing
- Customer service experience preferred but not required

- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
- Attention to detail and commitment to company policies and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and distributing room keys
- Process various payment types including lodging charges, cash, check, debit, and credit card payments
- Manage guest folios and handle disputed or after-hours charges
- Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are in perfect condition before guest arrival
- Provide guests and visitors with information regarding parking procedures and local area attractions
- Prepare daily reports on arrivals and departures, identify special requests and verify report accuracy
