Job Requirements

- willingness to work flexible and variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and during busy periods
- high School diploma or equivalent
- one year experience in a general office setting
- good attendance
- good written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Answering patron questions over the telephone, email, or in person
- enrolling patrons into classes and programs
- checking patrons in for classes, programs, and general swim times
- handling money transactions for day passes, memberships, punch cards, classes, and lessons
- assisting with setup and teardown of swim meets and other large events
- assisting Office Manager with assigned tasks
- supporting Aquatic Center facility management team with assigned tasks
- performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
