Job Duties
- Be pleasant and respond politely to residents as they enter the lobby
- answer phones
- track Amazon, FedEx, UPS and USPS packages that do not fit in mail boxes
- keep track of keys in lock box
- write up work orders
- call for cars to be parked
- maintain clear ramp access
