Job Duties

- manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced
- utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience
