  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Friendly and reliable personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Familiarity with reservation and front desk management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Checking guest in and out of the hotel
  • Managing and receiving reservations made online or by phone
  • Verifying guest payment methods during check in
  • Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any special offers or promotions
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Serving as a host at conferences and events held at the hotel
  • Maintaining positive guest relations at all times
  • Communicating with housekeeping maintenance and other staff to ensure guests needs are met
  • Communicating with staff on previous shift to manage guests arrivals and reservations
  • Doing laundry when necessary
