- perform end-of-day accounting tasks
- assist late-night guests with check-ins and check-outs
- manage overnight front desk duties
- address customer requests during the night shift
- audit and reconcile daily financial activities
- balance daily financial reports
- ensure accurate record-keeping for hotel transactions
