- excellent communication skills
- ability to work full-time hours

Job Qualifications
- professional demeanor
- proficient English language both verbally and in writing
- strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to use reservation software and basic office tools
Job Duties
- Input information into the reservation system
- assist guests with reservations or changes as needed
- generate invoices and collect payments
- maintain safety deposit boxes
- receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and communicate with appropriate staff
- prepare and restock the front desk supplies including arrival packets
