Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Process all guest check-in records including reservation confirmation, room assignment, and key issuance
  • Manage all payment types including accommodation charges, cash, checks, debit and credit cards
  • Process guest check-outs including disputed charges and late departures
  • Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are in perfect condition for guest arrival
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and coordinate bell or service staff as needed
  • Provide directions and information about the hotel and local points of interest
