Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school education or GED
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with excellent telephone and in-person etiquette
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Fair Lending, and Credit Card Act
  • Ability to maintain office security and follow safety procedures
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, reach, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and appearance
  • Willingness to complete annual compliance training

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school education or GED

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct office staff, vendors, and guests at the point of entry
  • Become familiar with active staff members to ensure safety of incoming and outgoing traffic
  • Oversee package delivery, mail sorting, and distribution
  • Manage outgoing FedEx and UPS shipments
  • Respond to Facilities and Security Help Desk tickets
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Maintain and order office supplies for breakrooms and common areas
  • Update calendars and schedule inspections and meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Assist with security reports and investigations
  • Manage and organize Facilities and Security SharePoint and shared files
  • Serve as facilities and security liaison
  • Coordinate with courier services
  • Assist facilities and security department as needed
  • Support facilities budget planning, proposal requests, bidding process, and due diligence
  • Assist with facilities project scheduling and tracking
  • Aid in emergency evacuation and security training
  • Inspect and ensure cleaning vendor maintains the BrightStar Cafe
  • Ensure weekly cleaning of refrigerators
  • Maintain coffee maker and stock supplies for training rooms
  • Collaborate with maintenance workers to cover time off shifts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (B.S.A.) compliance training
  • Provide outstanding service to members and associates
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keep assigned files current and organized
