Job Description

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to enforce facility rules and policies consistently
- Basic computer skills for patron registration and record keeping
Job Duties
- Attend all pre-season and in-season trainings
- Consistently and politely enforce city policies, rules, regulations, and ordinances governing the conduct of persons using the swimming facility
- Correct all reported, observed, or potential physical hazards and unsafe conditions at the pool
- Add all patrons who are not in the computer system
- Clean front desk area, including lobby daily
