Job Duties
- greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community
- act as a fitness concierge assisting members to achieve fitness goals by promoting appropriate services
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms
- assist with member check-ins registration and answering phone calls
- provide information about club facilities programs and services
- handle member inquiries feedback and concerns professionally
- collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for all members
