Job Duties

  • greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community
  • act as a fitness concierge assisting members to achieve fitness goals by promoting appropriate services
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms
  • assist with member check-ins registration and answering phone calls
  • provide information about club facilities programs and services
  • handle member inquiries feedback and concerns professionally
  • collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for all members
