Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to complete CPR/AED certification
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work responsibly and contribute to a safe workplace
  • Ability to follow policies and report unsafe conditions or behaviors

Job Qualifications

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly and positive attitude with a passion for delivering great service
  • Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and demonstrate integrity while respecting others
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply training effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with questions during check-in
  • Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members, offering support, and encouraging their fitness goals while upholding club policies
  • Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when appropriate
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with inquiries
  • Handle membership activities such as sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, transfers, and collections
  • Conduct outreach calls and provide tours for prospective members to match them with the right membership options
  • Process retail sales accurately and contribute to sales targets
  • Clean and sanitize gym equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and shared spaces according to schedules
  • Maintain restrooms to ensure they are clean, stocked, sanitized, and clutter-free
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to address cleanliness, safety, and policy concerns promptly
  • Report facility and maintenance issues, such as leaks, broken equipment, or dispenser malfunctions
