Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time availability
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of employment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet members as they enter and exit the facility by name
- Check in members and guests
- Help communicate special events to members and guests
- Aid with all requests, resolve any concerns, or make them known to a manager
- Follow up with any concerns to ensure its resolution
- Create and maintain a welcoming and lively atmosphere
- Schedule Personal Training and Swim Lesson appointments
