Job Duties

  • Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Cover the front desk during business hours and act as the on-site point of contact for members
  • Ensure guests are registered and checked in according to guest policies
  • Provide orientation and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages
  • Learn members' names and businesses to build community relationships
  • Track relevant member notes in WeWork systems
  • Answer questions and promote WeWork products and services
  • Identify and celebrate members' successes and milestones
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests
  • Recommend local restaurants, services, and venues
  • Assist with receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing mail and packages
  • Monitor spaces and make adjustments such as picking up rubbish and resetting chairs
  • Maintain building amenities including restocking treats and supplies
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and escalate as needed
  • Take direction from Community Associate, Lead, and Manager to support the team
