Job Description

WestFit Club is a well-established fitness center dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the community by providing top-tier facilities and exceptional customer service. As a part-time hourly opportunity, the position offers a competitive wage of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with an expected workload of 6 to 10 hours per week. The shifts are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am to 10am, with additional weekend shifts as needed. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and check-in all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • answer phones and respond to inquiries about membership, class schedules, and club amenities
  • handle sales transactions, including point-of-sale purchases for merchandise and services
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed
  • address member concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary
  • provide tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits
  • stay up-to-date on all club promotions, events, and class offerings
  • enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff
