Job Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- ability to read and comprehend written instructions

- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome each customer
- record sales transactions, process registrations, and take payments
- perform routine clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and updating program boards
- maintain a clean environment for all guests and staff
- assist with various in-house programs
- provide accurate information about program details and schedules
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
