Job Duties
- Welcome and support guests, customers, and employees with politeness and professionalism
- Employ a multi-line telephone system to address and redirect incoming phone calls as needed
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, as well as scheduling appointments if needed
- Keep the front desk and lobby area well-organized and inviting to incoming guests
- Manage fundamental administrative tasks such as inputting data, organizing files, and distributing mail
- Watch over visitor entry and update security protocols as appropriate
- Enhance operational efficiency by maintaining effective communication with various departments
- Deal with questions and address concerns, or guide them to the correct staff members
