Job Requirements

- prior experience in front desk or customer service
- proficiency with salon management software
- strong communication skills
- ability to work morning and daytime shifts

Job Duties
- Check all voicemails and return calls immediately
- check online and mobile appointments, verify and confirm or call guests for required changes
- check the waitlist frequently to fit in additional appointments
- check salon email and text messages
- check client appointment confirmation screen and call guests who have not confirmed
- review members' appointments to ensure sufficient credits and discuss with guests as needed
- answer incoming calls
- reach out to new leads to convert to clients
- complete and scan consultation forms
- send thank-you cards
- maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and tidying bathrooms and floors
- restock and organize retail center
- send review links to new clients for feedback
