Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- willing to become CPR/AED certified
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand and move continually during shifts
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- able to follow cleaning and safety protocols
- capable of bending, twisting, and handling toxic chemicals
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
- basic computer proficiency
- strong communication skills
- ability to empathize and motivate others
- ability to learn quickly through online and hands-on training
Job Duties
- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist them with questions or concerns during check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor
- offer assistance and support in fitness journeys
- uphold club policies
- resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed
- answer phones and assist callers
- perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, billing, and transfers
- conduct prospective member calls and tours
- execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals
- perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
- perform comprehensive club walk-throughs to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues
- promptly address maintenance and facility concerns like broken or missing equipment
